1. Who we are

TEMPOWIRE is a digital news publication operated by Tempowire Media Ltda. (CNPJ a preencher), registered at São Paulo, Brazil. Editorial questions and legal notices can be sent to contato@tempowire.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. We may update these terms; the date above always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

3. What you may do with our journalism

You may read, print and share our articles for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short excerpts as long as you credit TEMPOWIRE and link to the original page.

You may not, without written permission:

• republish, sell or syndicate whole articles;
• copy our content systematically, by scraping or by any automated means;
• use our text or images to train machine learning models;
• remove bylines, credits or copyright notices;
• present our reporting as your own, or as endorsing a product or person.

Photographs may belong to third parties. The credit shown next to each image identifies the rights holder, and their licence — not this page — governs reuse of that image.

4. Health content is journalism, not medical advice

Health reporting is our main beat and it is reviewed by our health desk, but it describes what research and clinicians say — it is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

5. Accuracy and corrections

We work to be accurate and we correct mistakes. If you believe something we published is wrong, write to contato@tempowire.com with the article link and what you believe is incorrect. Substantive corrections are marked on the article.

Content is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the site will be free of errors or interruptions, and articles reflect what was known at the time of publication.

6. Comments, tips and material you send us

If you send us a tip, a photograph or any other material, you confirm that you have the right to send it and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish it in connection with our journalism. We may decline to publish anything, and we may remove material that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or that infringes someone else's rights.

7. Newsletters

Newsletters are free and optional. Every edition carries an unsubscribe link that works, and leaving the list takes effect immediately.

8. Links to other sites

We link to other sites when it helps the reader. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their advertising or their privacy practices.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, including sections, feeds and newsletters, without prior notice.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tempowire Media Ltda. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be heard in the courts of São Paulo, SP, unless the law gives you the right to bring the case elsewhere.
